Since its genesis, VIRGIBOOKS has loved the spirit of its original short fiction. We like innovative, surprising and gripping stories.
Actually, our Editors are reading and evaluating original short fiction both in English and Italian.
In particular, VIRGIBOOKS will be considering short fiction of between 10,000 and 30,000 words in science fiction, erotica, thriller, adventure, mainstream and fantasy genres.
If it’s very speculative, we would like to read it.
We will consider anything that is well written.
Writers will receive up to 400$ for first world electronic English and Italian rights of their short fiction.
ACCEPTED STORIES IN ENGLISH WILL ALSO BE TRANSLATED INTO ITALIAN.
